Clients agree to provide accurate project specifications, timely feedback, and required credentials for third-party integrations. Additional features beyond agreed scopes will be documented under supplemental service agreements.
V-Tech delivers enterprise software following industry standards for uptime, quality assurance, and data security. In no event shall V-Tech be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from third-party hosting outages or unauthorized breaches of client accounts.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising in connection with our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Butwal, Nepal.
